Ceramic Handbuilding 101 Class – Mugs

Learn the basics of handbuilding functional pieces from clay. Each participant will create a mug (whatever style you like) using the slab technique, then customize with textures and/or patterns. Pieces will be fired and ready to be painted approx. three weeks after the class. Once bisque-fired, return to paint your mug anytime during regular open studio hours. All skill levels welcome. Ages 16+.
Fee: $45. Registration closes at 5 p.m. on September 22.
